Our programs are focused on helping you achieve your fitness goals in a fun and stress free way.
Most people give up on their fitness programs because these programs are so painfully boring; it is almost impossible to continue over the long term. Thus we want you to enjoy every workout so you can keep coming back for more! Only when you come back for more can you achieve your long-term fitness goal!
Our programs are based upon the exercises used by professional Muaythai boxing trainers to condition their boxers for professional competition. They consist of pad and bag work as well as body-weight calisthenics.
You can expect a drastic increase in both your stamina and endurance. Your muscles will become toned and much stronger than they seem. Your energy and agility levels will be much higher than your average body builder.
Definitely! Our programs do not build bulky muscles! Constant training will give you ladies a well-toned and taut physique. Yet beneath your supple form lie muscles of high tensile strength. Our fitness focus programs focus on fun and fitness, NOT fighter training, so you need not worry about injuries!
We prefer to use natural resources in our training. A 150kg tiger is much stronger than a 150kg human being. It does not carry weight. What it does however is carry its body around doing strenuous work. We follow the same fitness philosophy by using bodyweight calisthenics to replace weight training.
Well, we wanted our programs to be based on activities that required REAL, FUNCTIONAL fitness from its participants. Fashion models or body builders are not good examples. Since Muaythai is recognized as one of the toughest sports in the world, we decided to base our programs on these two sports.
Muaythai can be adapted for the battlefield where only the fittest survive. Thus in the REAL emergency, the fitness from this sport will serve its FUNCTION!
No there will be little danger since sparring is entirely optional. Even then, you will don full protective gear like Robo-Cop. Sparring will also be light contact. So rest assured, your safety is our paramount concern!
Yes! For the hardcore and martial arts enthusiast, we have Fighter School. Be warned that this is not simply a fitness regime for anyone. The training is tough and injuries are common. For those who upon joining find that it is not suitable, they may opt to stay in the Fitness Focus program instead. Those in the Fitness Focus may also opt to join Fighter School halfway.
Yes you can. If selected, you may represent Punch Academy & your respective school for amateur, semi-pro and also professional bouts both locally and internationally
