Programs

Unlike most Martial Art Gyms, we do not concentrate solely on developing competitors. Our instructors have been trained in an eclectic style of teaching that is a blend of various martial and non-martial disciplines that take into account that our customers are NOT Thai Boxers but the average man with different objectives.

There are Four Muay Thai based programs:

  1. Fitness Focus
  2. Mini Punches (Kids' Class)
  3. Fighter School
  4. Personal Training
  1. Fitness Focus

  2. Mini Punchers

Similar to Fitness Focus, Junior's Class is designed for kids aged 5 to 12. We strive to instill respect, humility, discipline and indomitable spirit in your kids to prepare them for life. At the same time we will give them a workout that will be filled with squeals of laughter and have them coming back for more.

Here they will make friends and they can also participate in grading programs. As your child matures in the art, you can decide if you want to allow him to participate in sparring or even compete in tournaments!

Best thing is you as parents need not sit and watch…put on your gloves and get a kick ass work out yourself in the other programs we have available! You can have a hearty family meal after that!

  3. Fighter School

For those who have a more competitive nature and hunger for an adrenaline rush, we offer you fighter training. The training focus here will be to condition you for competitive Muay Thai.

Fight School trainers are excellent with their pad work. Unknown for many people, Pad work is a KEY factor in determining if someone is a good trainer. It is not simply being able to hold pads and withstand the shocks but more importantly the pad holder must be able to simulate a sparring environment while giving you combos suitable to your level; thus bringing out the best techniques in you.

Your very first lesson will be an introduction to "No Pain? No Muaythai!" Bruises, welts and cuts will be common as you learn the ring craft and techniques involved in competitive Muaythai. This program is strictly for experienced students. Please obtain approval from the Chief Instructor for admission

Please note that injuries or death may occur in fighter training and competitions. The establishment shall not be held responsible for any such event.

The minimum entry age for Fighter School is 13 years old for both males and females.

  4. Personal Training (In your HOME or at the GYM)

Many of our customers will testify that this is by far the most effective program in our gym. The instructors will tailor the programs to help you achieve your goals.

Many customers have found themselves losing weight and getting stronger. On top of that, they acquire valuable self defense skills from instructors who have been involved in multiple altercations.

Many would be fighters have also engaged our instructors to help correct their weak spots as well as teach them new tricks.

Personal training can accommodate up to 4 people per group should you want an exclusive workout with your friends. At a slightly higher price, our trainers are also willing to travel to your home to train you so as to save you traveling time and make life more convenient for yourself.

Below are 7 Reasons Why Our Personal Training Programs Are So Popular

    1. Faster Progress and Results

Progress is a combination of correct technique and motivation. The absence of either one slows down your rate of progress. Our personal trainers will boost you with the necessary external motivation while they work to develop your inner motivation (fighting spirit) and techniques. Under this program you can expect to progress about 3 times faster than if you were in a class.

    2. More Challenging Workouts

Like some of our private personal training clients, you may be a professional athlete, military/security person or just a fitness buff that is looking to stretch your personal limits; well our personal trainers will certainly offer you a challenge that would even tire out a professional boxer, so rest assured you will achieve your objective.

    3. Special Attention to Existing Injury and Illness

Some of you may have knee or lower back problems and thus certain exercises would not be suitable for you. A personal trainer can offer you alternative exercises instead. This is especially important since the money you spend on personal training will probably save you countless trips and money paid to the chiropractor and doctor.

    4. Focused Self Defense Training

We all have different preferred techniques. Some of us prefer to specialize in elbow attacks while some may prefer knees and punches. It is our belief that your favorite techniques should be those that you can instinctively use in the ring and also to defend yourself in a life threatening situation. Many of our clients will attest to the efficacy of our programs where the trainer will help you to boost your natural fighting strengths while improving your weak links at the same time. This results in an individualized fighting style that is unique to you only.

    5. Better Accountability

Laziness is a human condition. All of us have it; sometimes it is more apparent when we are tired or overwhelmed. In today's hectic society, most of us feel overwhelmed and far too many of us say 'I'll exercise tomorrow; I'm just too tired today'. The best medicine for this lazy condition is 'Accountability'. A personal trainer will monitor your workout diary and you will find yourself held accountable to both the trainer and your own goals. Well, if Robert Kiyosaki needed a personal trainer to help him lose weight despite his strong will, why not you?

    6. Weight Loss for Target Areas

We all have our own specific body area problems. Some may have weaker legs while others have weak core muscles. A class program is good for general fitness conditioning and weight loss. A personal training program will cater to the specific areas you want to fine tune and help you achieve that in a faster and more efficient way.

    7. Flexibility of Time and Location

For the busy individual, finding time to exercise is already a chore, not to mention trying to fit your time according to fixed class schedules which may sometimes be over-booked! Personal training will eradicate all that. In addition, more people are opting for personal training at their own homes with the option to train at the gym as well. This is just so convenient, what other excuses are there to miss your workout?
